Luno sucks in all aspects !!!

How is it possible in this day and age that an organisation that handles hundreds of millions of rands doesn't have a registered physical address and that they can stipulate in their support ticket "It should be 5 to 7 working days. Regrettably, it could take longer." ???

This is ludicrous ... surely this is unacceptable governance and financial business practice.
