Luno South Africa ****s it’s clients

I transferred crypto from Binance to Luno vSouth Africa. Despite confirmation by both Luno and Binance that the transaction was successful and after two weeks the crypto does not appear in my Luno wallet. After numerous request Luno refuses to take any steps to remedy the fault on their part or to locate the funds transferred to them.
