Luno + Service = What service?!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Luno locked my account on the 4th of Dec, a day after I put money in the account. I have been struggling for 20 days to get it unlocked, so I can just get my money out. I keep getting transferred to different support personel and no matter how fast you respond they take days to get back to you. They also don't read what you send them because they keep sending the same email requesting the same documents, that I have already submitted through their App. I will never recommend Luno to anyone nor will I ever use them again once I get my money out. Atrocious service.
