Luno Security Breach

My Luno account was recently compromised and a bitcoin was ****** from my account. This was a phishing **** where the ******* somehow knew that I was a Luno customer and had my details. Upon becoming suspicious, I locked my account, only to receive notifications 15 minutes later of funds leaving my account. It took 3 days of pestering them, to finally speak to a human being about this. They have accepted no liability for this breach, and I am R200 000 out of pocket!
