Luno ****

I have been using this account to buy bitcoin with my standard and fnb account, now I have requested withdrawal from my trading account which was sent to luno, the acknowledged that they received it I should pay R3500 to confirm my account for withdrawals which I did. From there they kept on asking me to pay money before I get my withdrawals, I mean the hell is that. All I want now is for them to refund all the money I paid to them so far.
