Luno ****?

My Luno was hacked and emptied. I got an email asking whether I had given someone access to my account I responded immediately saying No. Then the same story. All they said was they were sorry but my account had been hacked by a Russian IP address and they can’t do anything. If they know that then why ask me if I had given permission! They obviously must realize that there is something up if they are asking whether I had give someone access it looks like there is some insider **** to me.
