Luno SA poorly managed
Worst exchange im on !! Worst service!! No support, keep getting locked put when i travel causing financial loss! No help ! This is a global world !!
They write terrible support letters that are not applicable and have no care for clients has been my experience. If this is not resolved my lawyer will reviewed my ticktock and youtube content ill post the links to show the real Way they operate!! Honestly they just take exorbitant fees and from what I’ve read are quick to not pay you your own money, crypto is 24hrs these unreliable people do not care for you… FAIS OMBUD crypto complaints may be my second avenue Finical loss is not a small matter and we have rights and laws in this country! What a joke ! Please be aware promise you the world bit deliver like ESKOM

Your team has helped nothing .
Im still unable to trade or access my accounts..,
People this is the PR team !! Probably the only team worth a dam in Luno as damage control is actually there thing not crypto services ! If that was true then we would not be having this conversation!!
