Luno refuses to help retrieve lost funds

I accidently sent cryptocurrency via Binance on the BSC chain to my Luno wallet a year ago however Luno only supports ERC20.

I have done thorough of research and there are ways to retrieve my lost crypto by importing my Luno wallet into a crypto wallet like Metamask.

Metamask supports both BSC chain and ERC20.

Luno is the platform that refuses to supply me with my seed phrase as this is what is needed to import and link my wallet that contains MY CRYPTO FUNDS!

Furthermore I interacted with different agents on the Luno app via email. Every answer I receive is scripted and bares no accommodation for assisting me in any way.

I realized that using the incorrect chain has costed me my funds. It is frustrating knowing that retrieving my funds is possible and an easy process if Luno would supply me with my wallet’s seed phrase or help me import my wallet into my Metamask wallet but there refuse to provide any assistance whatsoever. This is my hardworking money and if there is a solution to assist a customer, any company would try their utmost best to go above and beyond for the customers.

I have been using Luno for over 6 years and this is the first time that I had an experience where Luno refused to help me find a solution to the problem.

I am very disappointed and frustrated at the level of disservice that Luno provides given their stellar status within the industry.
