Luno refuses to close my account - ********* & terrible service, beware!
Hi Luno, I tried to close my account on 16 Oct’21 and cleared out my wallet and filled out the account closing form but it is still not closed. Please close asap. Your terms and conditions specify I have that right and the popia act dictates that I can request my personal information to be deleted.
