Luno - Really Poor and Pathetic Service

Luno provide the worst service. When I complained they locked my account and after being asked several times, they have not unlocked it nor does their help center respond to email or their chat line. They don’t address my emails other than to say they are closing the ticket, this is after waiting 2 weeks for a response. I have now deleted their app and taken my business elsewhere. They are just pathetic.
