Luno: Poor inadequate communicator / limited service

I have been trying for a number of times to withdraw money from my Luno wallet but every-time I am being told that my transaction cannot be process without an actual reason given. Furthermore, nowhere on any of their "Help Centre" can I find a place where an can query the matter.
