Luno platform unsafe and Luno support sucks

I have been dealing with Luno for best part of 5 years, and it was satisfactory since I did not experience problems. 2 weeks ago, my wallet was hacked and the hackers managed to lock me out of my account. I couldn't get back in time since Luno support is useless and faceless (very slow, cannot solve matters, use AI and no one to talk to). Bottom line, by the time I regained access through various attempts and 2 tickets through support, the hackers converted all my crypto investments into BTC and managed to send this to their own wallet. In the process, I did not receive an sms to enable "send crypto" as normal, I could get my @FA to work, and in this crisis, there was an absent support team (at best only friendly AI) offering no tangible solution. One would think there will be someone to assist in such a crisis
