Luno Payout Delaying

Enough is Enough to let Luno take us for a ride, communications with them is bad..All they do is to thank you for your patient that they abusing. 2018 my Luno account was blocked and the money i put on bitcoin was transfered to my wallet,2025 i received email that i have few days to withdraw my funds since it they decided to close the account..November i saw the email i responded back only to be told that i muat send my banking details since i cant have acess to the account,i submitted Mercantile Account and after weeks of no feedback when i was doing follow up am told to submit another account i sent my absa account they now strolling me by asking me bank statement of account thats closed in 2018 showing my transaction with Luno on it, i submitted August now they still keep strolling me after i told them that i dont have access to the account anymore.. no payout no respond. Enough is enough we need to take this company to Authorities..Once they loose their customers they will take us serious..read recent review nothing good is said about them.
