LUNO - Pathetic Customer Service

Since Mar/April this year, I have been trying to make contact with LUNO to no avail. I even have ticket numbers generated by their system (#627772) but to date no call nor email. On the website, there's no contact details (email, landline or mobile). How is one supposed to make contact with an entity who does not share these details? This is the reason I turned to Hellopeter and hoping this avenue will bring some solace or resolution. I may be reached on ********** 816 or ********** 681 (hoping this review reached Luno)
