LUNO not trustworthy

‘Invested’ R13000 in Bitcoin with LUNO. Tried to cash it in and it is gone, wallet empty?! Requested online help and got standard machine responses and No help. Money gone. Wouldn’t recommend LUNO to anyone, someone needs to look into this ********** activity.
