Luno not replying and fixing issue

They locked my account because I noticed some financial irregularities, and it has been a nightmare getting it unlocked. I uploaded all documents they required, but to no avail. After 10 days, I question why account is still not open, and they then ask me to send more photos. No reply. Each day that this persists, I am unable to sell or send, so my small investment is totally in their hands, so if the cryto currency starts to drop, I will loose everything.
