Luno - Not Reliable Platform

My Trading Account has an issue with its account. Been restricted. Cant buy/sell/withdraw/deposit. After a month full of promises from their support services(very not userfriendly) to fix the bug. Also had to email early in the process all my credentials again. No moving forward, same promise after promise from over 10 different agents in a month. Now I have instruct them to close my account. I am sure it will take another month. My portfolio dropped 20% in value. I wanted to sell end Jan, could not and everyday saw how my investment dissapear day by day. You cant trust a platform like Luno with your money.
