Luno not interested in helping
Believe me if I could give them 0 stars I would. Fellow south African people don't invest anything with these people. Rather invest with your bank itself. They send you emails 2:14 in the morning saying you must pay R333 000,00 into their bank account from an email address ***. You ask them for assistance then get an answer we are sorry to hear about your ordeal. No one has Access to my luno account but myself. So where did this email come from. And who is sending it. Luno is nothing but *******. So people of South Africa don't invest with these people coz you are going to end up loosing everything

What I don't understand is why can't this amount of R333 000 not be paid by swift payment like FNB my bank has told me. It will be of no cost to you and me. Why should I pay R3210 for a signal. Not having any gaurantee that I will get my profits. You people are creual
