Luno missing deposits
I deposited funds into my Luno wallet using their new instant deposit functionality method. Seven days later, the funds still do not reflect in wallet in order to purchase crypto. I have logged numerous calls with their helpdesk and it seems no one is able to assist.

We can assure you that your funds are safe and that our support team has received your email, they will be getting back to you in due course. To offer some context, it seems you made a bank transfer to an LPL beneficiary account of one of our payment providers.
Transferring funds directly to this bank account could result in a 7-day (5 business days) delay before funds are credited to your Luno Wallet.
Don't worry, we'll manually allocate the deposit, and you'll receive an email notification as soon as it's in your wallet. ^MF
