LUNO ****MERS
LUNO INFORMED ME THAT THEY ARE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT ON THE 6TH OF MARCH 2024. THEY LOCKED MY ACCOUNT AND I AM UNABLE TO WITHDRAW MY FUNDS. I HAVE SENT OVER 30 EMAILS TO THEIR SUPPORT TEAM TO WITHDRAW MY FUNDS WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE. THEY ARE *****ING MY MONEY AND ARE ABSOLUTE ****MERS.

WHY IS THAT SUCH A DIFFICULT PROCESS??????? IT IS MY MONEY I DEPOSITED INTO MY LUNO ACCOUNT AND I ALREADY LOST CLOSE TO R2000 BECAUSE OF ALL YOUR RIDICULOUS FEES. YOU SPECIALIZED TREAM CAN NOT BE VERY SPECIALIZED IF THEY CANNOT UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT FOR ME TO WITHDRAW MY OWN MONEY.
