LUNO - LOST MONEY FOR A YEAR AND STILL NOTHIING.

Around August last year i bought luno through my android app and LUNO cannot find it, i have since tried to do it again and still they cant find my money. They sent me detailed specs on exactly how to send them proof of all money deposited to them. I have done this three times a direct pdf form from my internet banking following their instructions to the letter and now i have done this maybe 10 times since depositing the money and like magic my money is gone because Luno cant find it despite the numerous complaints sent to them and following all their instructions by now how much money would i have made and lost. It would be greatly appreciated if Luno can contact me and resolve this matter as i have never had to go for one year where a company as fast forward as LUNO cant fix a simple problem of tracing my money.
