Luno locks account with crypto in. No reason. No support.
Luno locked my account with crypto in it for no reason. A week ago I got an email stating that my account is locked and they did not give a reason. Ive been emailing them everyday asking for my crypto or money back but they take days to respond with emails that doesnt make sense. They are not taking me serious and playing games with my money. Be careful everyone!! Luno will one day lock up your account with all your crypto in and provide you with no reason and then their support will play dumb.

27 Dec 2025, 16:09So they sent me a private message asking me to contact them on a specific link... I contacted them straight away but still waiting for a response. They ignoring my private messages and emails blatantly while they still sitting with my money for 2 weeks now. This is the only response i got from them was this private message probably sent by a robot.
Luno must remember that your terms doesnt override the law of the land. Meaning you dont have the right to ***** people's money just because your terms says so. That is money i worked for!
