Luno Locked Withdrawals

Ive just started using Luno and on my withdraw to the bank my account seems to be locked for no reason. No replys, No email and im fully verified with source of funds etc.

I see on there twitter there is a number of user experience the same thing.

Really not a good look and im starting to stress.
