Luno Locked Account with no reason, COMMON TREND. STAY AWAY!

Luno is a ****, Luno locked my account even after I sent all relevant information.

The account has been locked going on 4 weeks now, there is no correspondence or emails and no response to the ******* chatBot feature.

There seems to be a huge common trend about locked accounts for little to no reason, Luno is making use of users funds/crypto to trade on their side that’s why they’re blocking accounts.

My lawyers have drafted a letter, will see if anything changes but to any potential users.
