LUNO LOCKED ACCOUNT

I'm going through the most horrible experience with Luno. My account has been locked for about 18 months now. Since July, I have been going through ups and downs trying to get the account unblocked. I have done all the security checks successfully. But now my money is locked and I have sent close to 50 emails begging for my account to be unlocked. Each time I get a generic message that says that someone will call me. That never happens.

I'm at my wit's end. I don't know what else to do because there is no number to call.
