Luno & KayaFx - SPam, ***** and *****

Service at beginning was quite good. Did a few small tests and it worked well. Made a large deposit on Thursday and emailed proof of EFT. By the evening still no money on Luno. Then on morning of 4 May at about 06H45 signed on to Luno and saw the deposit reflected on my ZAR wallet. I signed out and then received an email stating that my main email was changed (without me having approved a change). I went into Luno and the money was gone. Transaction history showed that BC's were purchased and transferred transferred to 3 different 3 addresses:- q=1E6secB8ZctWcmS6G7Lcm7t3KSwse1mdjU, q=13pTuXGZSjVbYmwviu1fqDdY6iSe1EBo3H and q=1LHGTu6iutGu2gNJQn589fWYNtP2uabbkC. I was then told by a snr account mananager at Kayfx who helped me set up the Luno wallet that they are investigating via the Block-chain system and was sure to get the money back, but I had to make a further deposit of twice the amount that was missing to show good faith as the investigation was very expensive. After sleeping over it I came to the conclusion that this person (Dean Erman - who was the only person that had access to my email ID and password on their system and was the only person aware that the deposit would be available in the morning). This person has absolutely no feelings and the Luno system is severely flawed by allowing a ********** change of user ID.
