Luno is the worst

The worst platform out there by far. Never have I felt so hopeless and frustrated after not being able to access my funds on my Luno portfolio. It's been 3 days struggling with their stupid chatbot Toshi and no option of speaking to a human via chat and no landline to call to have my matter resolved. It's funny how my account is locked, preventing me from withdrawing my funds, yet my balance is decreasing by the day and Luno had the nerve to deduct their charges.
