Luno is so unprofessional

Good afternoon Luno is really disappointing me😞😞☹️☹️ bad bad bad the level of unprofessionalism is on other level how can you be so careless with people money.I have an investment account with them and it was block because they suspected that someone tried to use my card I'm using on this account for thier luno account than I was ask to verify my details and that of a person they were suspecting was using my card we both did that they were supposed to unblock my account but they did not okay they came asked me to do a security on account so that they will open my account that was the 26 January 2025 up until today I have not had anything from them. Unblock my account so I can have access to my money hawu Bantu ninjani
