Luno is ******** people out of their hard earned money

I've had an account with Luno which holds bitcoin to the value of R10 000. I cannot access my account since the 1st of May due to 2FA issues. I have followed the process of resetting my details and sent all the required documentation about six times already with no response from Luno.
