Luno is ******** me

Luno has ****med my friend, the told him he can't be able to withdraw his money cause it's too little and Luno itself swallowed it. It was $90. Because of the trust to it, I deposited severally to them, I have now tried to withdraw R8400. 00. They required my Pic and I followed every instruction, when I write to them again they asked what am I using luno for, I answered them, after I wrote to them again they say now they want all the proof of payments, they don't want a text, bank statement..... They don't mention the method they want. I paid with bank, there is no other way I can prove to them. I am making peace in my heart that I am being ****med by luno. I have worked very hard for that money and thay just take it freely.
