Luno is robbing people

About a year ago,My wallet got closed without any explanation or notification.I still have money that I was trying to withdraw but I can’t.They don’t have a telephone line so I emailed with my issue but they were asking so many questions.I gave them everything that they asked for (all bank statements from 2***) I don’t know if they’re just taking people’s money now or what, but the way they handle their customers is so wrong and inhumane.Its almost a year and I’m still waiting for this problem to be fixed so I can get my money and close the account, that’s all I was asking for! If any of you have money in Luno and your account is still active,be careful.
