Luno is not to be trusted, ************ and dishonest company.
Luno is such a ****!!
They are in trouble and are using dubious means to make up for the fact that they are in a mess and are bankrupt.
My account was suspiciously and **********ly closed without my knowledge or consent. Sighting that I have bridged their terms and conditions and suspect "POSSIBLE" money laundering.
I have had my account for a few years and had put money in there, hoping it would grow. If you want to close my account why not refund my money back??? Especially because there is no evidence of these claims, it is just a front to take ***** clients monies. I am disappointed and saddened! I have had no joy in dealing with them to try and get this resolved and to access my account to get my money back.
LUNO IS A *****!!! SOUTH AFRICANS BEWARE, IF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM WITHDRAW ALL YOUR MONEY WHILST YOU CAN.... THINGS WILL ONLY WORSEN FROM HERE.
