LUNO is holding my money and will not give it to me

Luno has blocked my account because, a friend who is new on the platform mistakenly sent a cash deposit to my luno instead of sending me Bitcoins. I have explained my situation and they have done nothing about. They asked me for my bank account but have not sent my money. Its been months since they have been promising to resolve my issue. Im tired of writting them all the time with no action. I really regret recommending Luno to so many people. I do no know what they want to do with my money. They block my account for a mistake, but why they not giving me my money is really does no make sense.
