My money has vanished on my dashboard if i enquire about it on support they telling me to make a deposit first

4 years trying to withdraw my funds til date nothing and al of the sudden i cant withdraw claiming i was ****ing ppl i asked if there is any1 who complained about my account nothing all of the sudden i receive a deposit and they said dat person is complaing and i was like i dont know dat person nor the money u talking about, LUNO IS THE BIGGEST **** THEY MAKE **** PAYMENTS, they asked for pplz proof of payments i sent to them after dat their story changed i must produce their acc number hello i was doing busines with them they depositing the money not me so why must i have their banking details LUNO IS A ***** BIGEST **** R**** gone for nothing even cleared it on my dashboard
