Luno is bad news.

Luno`s service is so bad. The only excuse you receive is that they are so busy. If you are so busy, please employ more staff. I bought bitcoin in 2017. I was locked out of my account and my wallet emptied. I have all the evidence, which i have send to them and after that no response.
