Luno is a ****!! Locked account for weeks
Luno is a ****!! Luno locked my account and there's no communication. It's been over 2 weeks and I can't withdraw or send my money. They don't even reply to my request to close the account and receive my funds. I have a close friend having 2 Million followers and if they don't assist me soon I will have him assist me in exposing this Luno ****

30 Jan 2025, 20:20I've been sending a lot of tickets however the status of the opened ticket is changed to "Solved" without any interaction or a attempt of assisting me. I really trusted Luno and I even sent the verification an hour after they said my account will be locked.
After sending the picture with the note and my ID, there's not even a single communication and that money is needed urgently.
I have all the screenshots showing the resolved tickets status that didn't even have a single response.
Just give me my back. It is mine so please release it and close this account. I hope Hello Peter is enough for you to assist me before I go to Twitter and other socials. I can not allow to be ****** so much money without a fight
