Luno is a ****.

I have an account with luno i was using it to deposit money and invest in crypto, nothing was wrong until i was ****med. I reported the incident that happened they blocked my account. The problem is that i have R1800 remaining on my account now when i want to access it they are telling me to get proof of the receipt, mind you that was 4 years back i long lost the deposit receipt. Luno is a **** if you new you wanna try it out dont even start you will regret watching your money going down the drain. They didint consider the fact that i the original account holder reported a suspecious activity and now when they suppose to open my account so i can make a withdrawal they refuse i have everything that can proof its my account but they are not interested. When money its coming in you dont experience any problem bear in mind this is your money we talking about but when you want to withdraw now there must be funny stories, why am i not getting the same energy when i was depositing? Am so ****ed i never though that this stupid plartform can **** people now they are saying they will close my account on the 22 of jan. That means am not the only 1 that these bustards are *****ing money from.
