Luno is a Disgrace
On 21st September 2022 I was told that it would take 7-9 days to receive my funds from Luno. It is now 21 days later and I am yet to see one cent !!!!! This after Luno suspended my account for NO REASON at all. I have never in my life come across a company that has absolute disregard for their customers and treats them like *********. Luno is a disgrace to the crypto community and I would stay as far away from them as possible if you are considering investing. I am a crypto fan and have been since 2017 but I can truly say that my experience with this company has been horrible and I warn future investors to take note.

12 Oct 2022, 10:12Thank you hellopeter for finally allowing me to get a positive response to my Luno debacle. The only time I got any action out of Luno was after posting reviews. So sad that we have to stoop to these negative levels to get a response.
