I made a deposit into my luno wallet which never reflected in my wallet. This whas a big fight between me and luno. I sent proof of payments and bank statements but they still deny they received the payment. My bank has said the payment has left my account. Account numbers and references were checked multiple times and are correct. Somehow they deny the be all and end all evidence of a payment
