Luno is a Bot ! Try get help from a human and i will not happen!
I have sent Luno several requests and their response is always the same , Why because a stupid AI Bot does the work of a human and a AI Bot can not answer all the questions . Try to speak to a human that could possibally understand , no it just does not happen
