Luno has zero service and not support for issues.

Luno locked me out of my account without any notice and now they do not respond. I have sent several emails and now they have stopped responding. They are holding a substantial amount of money and crypto and have now gone quiet. I would strongly advise any person to avoid using Luno at all costs, you are running a huge risk and the stress of enduring this is extreme. I will continue to pursue them about my issue until it is resolved but this is very frustrating. Rather use any other wallet or exchange as using Luno defeats the whole objective of crypto in the first place.
