i dont have any updaye regarding my money you people have been ignoring my messages for like 6 months now and not telling me anything about my money all i need is my money there is nothing else you have to say just give me back my money why are you people holding the money the terms says if money is been deposit from a 3rd party account will be refunded back to the account so why are keeping the money for 8 month and not refunding it or letting me get my money

you people called me 3 time and all the time i have been speaking with diffrent people i brovided you people will all the information and proof you asked and all documet you asked me i sent to you and the last respond i got from you was about 6 months ago saying that my issue will be solve as soon as possing after receiving all the information , document, proof you wanted from me but still you have my money and dont want to five me back after you proof and document you got me so is this how you people treat clients and hold their and not wanting to give them back their money after everything they have proven to you ? please i need help on how i can get my money back from this assholes Luno company R104000

above is the respond i got from lUNO they sent me a link to contact them on but when i contact on the link i never get any respond they have been sending this same link to me for 8 months now and when i contact i get any respond please i just want my money back people should please help me on what to do and get this mother ***ers to give back my money
