Luno features FNB in disappointing!

In 2018 I was ****med by one of their employees. I reported the incident to Luno and FNB together with all requested documents but till today I have not been helped yet I provided them with all required documents including bank statements and shows all moneys that were transferred to that Luno account. Luno institution have been reluctant to resolve this matter and refund my money, despite all evidence shows that my money is there with them! I'm seething as is!
