LUNO - EXTRMLY DISHONEST / UNTRAINED.

DON'T EVER USE THIS PLATFORM TO TRADE!!!!! Basically, I simply need MY private key.. I sent an email to support requesting it and a bot told me that Luno houses all private keys for the "convenience of the user's profile and security". I kept on asking for MY PRIVATE KEY, to later be told that Luno does not have any private keys. Without it, I cannot get hold of tokens which they claim "is now lost"! The service is awful, you get **** to directly and this is just unacceptable! The worse thing about it all is that this happens to loads of people and they just get away with it!!!

I litterly need my private key as EACH ETH WALLET HAS ONE!

I promise you if they get back (and that's a big IF) they show you on the internet how sincerly apologetic they are, they'll do everything in their power to get back to you just to tell you they can't.

Because they are not properly trained in blockchain or they are really using bots.

THIS IS BLATENT ********!

I am keepin all my documents and proof. Once regulations are in place I'll claim whats mine.
