LUNO - Extremely Disappointed Client
Be WARNED...
I deposited money twice into my Luno Account - This reflected in my Luno account.
Then I tried transferring to Exodus and Zenith - All attempts UNSUCCESSFUL.
I tried withdrawing my funds from Luno only to be informed that my Luno account is LOCKED - How is this possible if I have not been able to complete any transactions from the Luno account?
Trying to withdraw my funds I was asked to provide certain documents and details and so I comp**** - This showing evidence of the deposit transactions into my Luno account.
There are no contact numbers No physical address to visit and discuss issues Always a different agent that responds - No same person follow up Email responses are as long as a week later
So many and numerous reasons cited why they have not paid my money yet - This process started the first week of Feb and we well into March already.
I am now going to reach out to the South African Reserve Bank Ombudsman to assist in this matter as they are the regulating authority in SA.
I will never recommend using Luno again - Not ever.
