Luno express withdrawal problem
I requested an express withdrawal and it still has not been processed. I want to know the cause and how long it will take to complete the withdrawal?

If you’ve requested an express withdrawal within our processing times (08:00 to 15:45 Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays) your withdrawal will take about 15 minutes to reflect.
If you withdraw outside of these times, it could take slightly longer. Your withdrawal request will reflect about 15 minutes after processing times open again.
For example, if you request an express withdrawal on Saturday, which is outside of our processing times, you can expect your withdrawal to be processed and received by 8:15 AM on Monday morning. The same applies if you request an express withdrawal at 9:00PM on Tuesday, it should reflect on Wednesday by 8:15AM.
If you haven’t selected the express withdrawal option, you could expect your deposit within two business days, on Tuesday or Wednesday.
If there is anything else we can do to help, please let us know.
