Luno doesnt want to give my money

I deposited around 24000 in luno . When it was time to withdraw.they came to me with some BS story that the money was reversed to my bank account when it was clear it left my account and I was using my luno account.for more than 2 weeks .

These guys are very dishonest refusing to let me.wthdraw my money...
