LUNO DOESN'T CARE IF YOUR BITCOIN MONEY GETS ******

I have had bitcoin for a number of years. I checked regularly on the progress of my investment. My security was as good as what they suggested. I had the 2 digit authentication ect. On 28 March 2020 I received a message from Luno saying that I had just sold my bitcoin and if this was not me I must block the account immediately which i did. I then had trouble getting past my 6 digit code so after a long time I eventually was able to access my account only to see that someone had ****** ALL my bitcoin. I have 0 in the account. I mailed the help centre (which I must say is quite difficult to find out how to) and the reply i got was that there is nothing they can do. If the money is out of the account they cant do anything. How about tracing who the ***** is....surely a high tech company like LUNO are able to do this but they just shrug their shoulders and say sorry. I will never ever invest with them again and suggest that you also close your accounts as this can happen to you also. When you search for an email address you don't find anything anywhere for Luno. Look at all the bad reviews and Luno has not rep**** to one person!!
