Luno deposit

I made a significant deposit on Sat around noon. I paid and cleared the funds and gave my ref. I sent around 15 messages from Sat until Monday 4pm and still no funds in my Luno acc or any contact explaining problem. I have now asked for the funds to be returned to my bank acc but still no communication. Not happy at all!!!!!
