As another Monopoly in SA, please tell me you are not going to neglect customer service. Regardless of how busy u are, u cannot take 2 - 3 days to reply. Monopolies make a lot of money purely because they don't have competition. Don't be another Multichoice.

Please tell me how long it takes for withdrawals ? You previously had bank accounts at all the banks but now only at Standard Bank. Does this mean you are defeating the purpose of blockchain, to exchange money seamlessly. I'm a journalist and I need an answer immediately.
